Design, build, and maintain databases to support metrics and analytics initiatives. Develop web-based database solutions using tools such as Access, SharePoint, or SQL. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data collection requirements. Ensure database integrity, access controls, and performance optimization. Provide technical documentation and user guidance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of experience in database development. Proficiency in Microsoft Access, SQL Server, SharePoint, or similar platforms. Ability to design relational databases and data models. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with DoD or military systems is a plus.
