Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Python & SQL Developer to join our team and manage our BOTs, which are critical to our operational efficiency. As part of a busy team, you’ll alleviate bottlenecks by developing, optimizing, and maintaining automated processes. • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based BOTs to automate business processes.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support BOT data needs and reporting.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BOT performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Document code, processes, and workflows for maintainability.
• Stay updated on best practices in Python, SQL, and automation technologies. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• 2+ years of experience writing and optimizing SQL queries (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining automation scripts or BOTs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or Python automation libraries (e.g., Selenium, PyAutoGUI).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for BOT deployment.
