WHAT YOU WILL DO
Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce Developers and Administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. This includes setting team goals, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth.

Strategic Planning & Oversight:

Define and execute the organization’s Salesforce roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing the platform’s potential.

Architectural Guidance & Governance:

Provide architectural guidance and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, customization, and integration. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.

Project Management & Delivery:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure effective communication throughout the development lifecycle.

System Optimization & Maintenance:

Proactively monitor system performance, identify and resolve technical challenges, and ensure the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the Salesforce platform. Vendor Management (as needed): Manage relationships with any external Salesforce consultants or vendors.

Staying Current:

Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce advancements, features, and best practices, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Leadership Experience:

Proven experience managing and developing a team of Salesforce professionals (Developers and/or Administrators).

Salesforce Expertise:

Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its architecture, capabilities, and best practices for development and administration.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong working knowledge of Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL) and integration methods (APIs, middleware). Familiarity with legal practice platforms/systems is a significant plus.

Project Management Skills:

Demonstrated ability to manage complex Salesforce projects from inception to deployment.

Communication & Collaboration:

Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Educational Foundation:

Relevant bachelor’s degree (i.e., CS, IT, Business Administration with a technical focus) or equivalent professional experience.

Salesforce Certifications:

Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
