Your role As a Salesforce Technical Lead at Capgemini, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business success for our clients. You will lead a team of 3-4, responsible for the design, configuration, development, and deployment of customised Salesforce solutions.

In this role you will:

Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards. Conduct quality checks and code reviews to maintain high development standards. Deliver Salesforce solutions tailored to the public sector, addressing unique regulatory and operational needs. Develop using OmniStudio, creating dynamic and responsive user experiences. Apply your core consulting and Salesforce technical expertise across a range of tools, offerings, and products. Scope and design platform features and enhancements to support diverse customer experience requirements. Provide best practice guidance on Salesforce platform usage, integrations, and technical design. Collaborate closely with developers and functional consultants to ensure solutions are aligned with design and architecture principles. Mentor and guide junior developers and testers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Your profile Proven experience in Salesforce technical design and implementation Strong skills in quality checking and code review Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in the public sector Proficiency in OmniStudio development

Core Salesforce Certifications:
