Job Description
Technology and Operations – Product Manager IIIPosition OverviewThe Product Manager III will lead the development and execution of product strategies within the Technology and Operations division. This role is focused on delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in market research and user experience to enhance product offerings and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives on time and within budget.
Apply agile methodologies in product development processes.
Design and enhance user experiences for our products.
Create and maintain product roadmaps to guide development efforts.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure product alignment and support.
Analyze data to inform product decisions and strategies.
Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Oversee project management activities to ensure successful product delivery.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
Strong skills in market research and competitive analysis.
Proven experience in developing product strategies and executing them effectively.
Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Master Data Tool, etc.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
Strong understanding of working in Cloud environments and HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Monday.com, ADP Workforce Now.
Software SDLC experience.
Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
