Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role. Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is preferred. Strong experience with Salesforce Flows, including migrating from Process Builders and Workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
