Job Description
Data Center Technician i2vision Atlanta, GA 30308 GDC and VDC provide on-site and remote support, which includes racking, cabling, decommissioning of hardware, break fix, and troubleshooting on an 8×5 basis. This also involves after-hours onsite RFC support and on-call responsibilities as needed. Coordinate and participate server and network outage response teams, both during standard business hours (8×5) and after-hours on an on-call basis as needed. Assist technical teams with ICFR audits, license renewals, budget planning, and project upgrade activities. Provide preventive maintenance support, participate in contract reviews, handle emergency break-fix services, ensure vendor accountability to SLAs, manage contract renewals, budget planning, and maintain accurate current and future PwC site listings. Reviewing every preventive maintenance service report and coordinating break fix issues. Create, maintain, and execute an end-to-end preventive maintenance program. The status and scope of this program should be agreed upon and reported to PwC at regular intervals, as specified between the Supplier and PwC. VDC and GDC Consolidation Project involving relocation of the SAN Infrastructure & related structured cabling, removal of physical servers, removal of blade, switches, racks, reconfiguration of the physical security infrastructure. Ability to lift 50lb as part of facilities support. Physical deployment of network gears, servers, including Infrastructure Physical devices and support for PwC Infrastructure projects. Onsite vendor engagement site support of networking and Infrastructure equipment. Management of support and field infrastructure resources for both GDC and VDC location
