JD:
Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification / experience with Marketing Cloud.
Excellent communications skills to be able to coordinate activities of multiple teams.
Experience in JavaScript / HTML.
Experience in
REST/SOAP
web services.
Experience in using SOAPUI, Postman.
Experience in database administration / excellent SQL.
Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for administration and support of applications build on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsible for day to day operation support of email functionality, including: Configuration and environments support for various lines of business.
Email archiving.
User role configuration.
Risk management.
Integration management / alerts monitoring.
Email stats reporting for the business.
Web certificate renewals.
