V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Salesforce Admin for our premier client in Atlanta, Georgia.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Technical Requirements and Certifications »
Salesforce Administrator certification required.
Education and Experience »
Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organization and time management skills.

A PLUS:

Development Experience:

Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Field Service teams to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
Participate in the development and implementation of new Salesforce features and functionality.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Job Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and optimize the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service modules in Salesforce.
Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as data cleanup, user management, and security configuration.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Train end-users on Salesforce best practices and system functionality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
