Function:
As an Entry-Level Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our Salesforce environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure data integrity, assist with user support, and help configure Salesforce to improve business processes. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your skills in Salesforce administration and develop professionally as you support the team’s success.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day user support, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring Salesforce functions properly for all users
Create and manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
Perform basic configuration tasks, including creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and fields
Maintain data integrity by assisting with data imports, duplication, and updates
Help implement minor enhancements to improve system usability
Assist with preparing user training materials and documentation
Support regular system updates and help conduct basic testing
Collaborate with other team members to gather feedback from users for future enhancements
Stay current with Salesforce features through ongoing learning and certification
Position Requirements:
0-2 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or in a CRM support role
Salesforce Administrator Certification (or actively working toward certification)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail with a desire to grow technical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with supervision
Familiarity with reports and dashboards in Salesforce is a plus
Basic understanding of CRM concepts or experience in a help desk/support environment preferred
