Digital HW Design Engineer, Data Center NOKIA Annual Base Salary Range:

$107.800

The IP Routing Hardware organization is very flat

  • each Hardware Engineer spends more time doing engineering work and less time on overhead.

As a result, your work has high visibility and your decisions directly impact product design. DCN2025 As a Hardware Engineer, you will: Design complex, multilayer printed circuit boards
Drive and manage your design through the development process from concept to production release
Verify prototype hardware under thermal and environmental conditions
Work with the Factory to release a high-quality product
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally You have: Minimum B.Sc or B.Eng in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
10+ years of experience designing complex PCB designs
Understanding of Ultra high-speed PCB circuit design and methodologies
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and leadership skills It would be nice if you also had: Experience with stack-up design, signal integrity simulation, and power circuitry
Familiarity with EMC/EMI/Safety and ITU/IEEE/Bellcore telecommunications standards
