This is an onsite role and will require the candidate to work from the office.

Job Responsibilities:

O Equipment Moves, Installation and Setup O Troubleshooting and Break Fix Tasks O Decommissioning and Disposal O Maintenance and Repairs O Monitoring and Reporting O Inventory Asset Management O Emergency Response O Lab Cleanliness and Safety O Basic Testbed Support Qualifications:

Candidates applying to this role should have knowledge/skill in the following areas:’ O Installation and configuration of hardware components such as servers, routers, and switches O Installation and upgrade of IOS, OS, ESXi O Help to replicate or build configurations based on customer requirement. O Installation and networking of Managed Power Distribution Unites mPDUs O Intra and Inter lab equipment and rack moves O Cable management, including running, organizing, topology clean-up, and labelling network cables O Troubleshooting and Break Fix Tasks O Conduct basic diagnostics to identify hardware issues. O Network debugging, tracking layer 1 to 3 issues O Router, Switch, installation and Upgrade experience is must O Rack & Stack, PDU installation experience is must O Should have experience in labelling inventory tracking for components and devices inside Data Center.

Salary and Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is between $54,000 to $ 60,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Applications will be accepted until 6/24/2025. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
