Skills and Requirements The Operations Specialist provides support for IT Operations through proactive monitoring of Data Center infrastructure, production job schedules, and Global infrastructure company-wide. This role will perform work per established operating policies and procedures. Maintain and improve upon documentation, provide support, notification and follow-through to business areas, internal customers and management. A shift work schedule is required to support a 24×7 attended Data Center environment.
