Job Details CommissioningProject Engineer (Data Centers) – Full-Time – (Local/Remote) Thesuccessful candidate must be self-motivated and well versed in DataCenter projects touching on large building MEP systems design,commissioning, retro-commissioning, energy modeling/analysis andconstruction for complex buildings. Assessment, optimization and/orcommissioning activities for utility plants will also be expected.

The Data Center Project Commissioning Engineer will performconstruction observations, review contract documents, developfunctional test plans and execute tests for a wide variety ofmechanical, and controls systems. They will executeretro-commissioning engineering/energy studies & contribute todesign and energy projects for National industrial, institutional,and commercial clients. This role is also tasked with assisting inmanaging small to large Data Center projects to meet clientexpectations for technical excellence, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of specific Data CenterCommissioning experience (Electrical/Mechanical.)
• Must beable/willing to travel up to 75% for project work, training, andinter-office business (expenses paid.)
• Bachelor’s Degree inElectrical or Mechanical Engineering field preferred.
• Experiencein diagnosing and solving construction and operational problems.
• Experience managing design/energy services commissioning projectresources to pre-determined scope, fee, and schedule.
• Knowledgeof building codes, construction industry standards, such as

ASHRAE,LEED.

• Effective leadership and written / verbal communicationskills are essential.
