Data Administrator This Is What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and requirements. Assist in defining data standards, guidelines, and best practices. Organize and categorize data to ensure easy accessibility and retrieval. Assist in developing and implementing data management and governance strategies. Monitor data quality and integrity, and proactively address any issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency across systems and processes. Train and educate employees on data management and governance best practices. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data management and governance.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic, innovative, and creative thinking with ability to draw inferences from data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams/ Familiarity with data security and compliance regulations is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Works well independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
This Is What It Takes:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. (Preferred) Proven experience, at least 4 years, as a Data Administrator or in a similar role. (Preferred) Strong knowledge of data management principles and best practices, with emphasis on managing and maintaining Data Quality across data assets. (Required) Experience with databases, data warehousing concepts and data management tools (e.g., Databricks, SQL, etc.). (Required) Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional) are a plus. (Preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
