Database Administrator (Liquidity Application) – 12-
Month Contract Location:
Brevard Street, Charlotte (Potential relocation to CIC) About the Role Join our team as a Database Administrator supporting the WIMT liquidity application. This role requires expertise in performance tuning, database refreshes, and managing large-scale databases. You will play a critical role in optimizing database performance and ensuring seamless operations for application teams. Responsibilities Optimize database performance through tuning and refresh strategies . Manage large-scale databases (100 terabytes) and support data archiving efforts. Implement ADP Thin Clone solutions for efficient database management. Utilize Exadata expertise to enhance system performance. Collaborate with application teams to resolve database-related issues. Work one weekend per month to support critical operations. Minimum Qualifications 7-8 years of experience in database administration. 5+ years of experience in performance tuning and database refreshes. Strong knowledge of ADP Thin Clone and Exadata . Experience managing large databases and implementing archiving strategies. Preferred Qualifications Ability to troubleshoot and support application teams with database-related challenges. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
