Charlotte, NC (Remote) As an Lead SQL Developer, you will: The Lead SQL Developer is responsible for leading a team of SQLDevelopers in understanding and implementing detailed business andtechnical requirements needed for data and reporting within theFinance organization understanding business needs and problems, andpartnering with stakeholders to provide reporting that can drivemore informed decision-making Core responsibilities include leveraging SQL and Big Query tosource and structure data for reporting, compiling userrequirements, building reports in Power BI, providing guidance toteam members, validating data, and maintaining documentation Writing complex SQL queries based on business and reportingneeds Troubleshooting and resolving data related issues Working with cross functional teams to gather requirements andprioritize enhancement and development requests Analyzing data from multiple sources and working through nuanceswhile maintaining data integrity Creating and maintaining documentation for queries, data, andrequirements Optimize queries and document schema Working with IT to support and test data and report migrations The Lead SQL Developer is responsible for ensuring that data isaccurate, ties to reported results, and that any issues areescalated to appropriate stakeholders Additional responsibilities in support of financial systems arerequired for various projects such as data warehouse migrations, QAtesting, and data integrity assurance initiatives
Skills:
Basic Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in SQL, including designing,developing, and troubleshooting complex queries 2+ years of experience in supervising or mentoring other SQLdevelopers Familiar using BigQuery to retrieve data Qualified candidates should
