Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This technical role requires a deep understanding of data flow, infrastructure, and development. The ideal candidate will have experience transitioning from manual to automated reporting and be adept at identifying and addressing inefficiencies in SQL development processes.
Responsibilities:
Write, fix, and manage code that moves data, ensuring a thorough understanding of data flow. Transition manual reporting processes to automated systems. Develop and maintain data infrastructure. Identify and address missing elements in collateral and risk data. Analyze manual data to create user stories, explaining the how and why of code functionality. Run SQL development processes, clean and elevate data tables. Adapt to shifting priorities and focus areas as needed.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in SQL development within the banking sector. Proven ability to be specific in solutions and explanations, avoiding generalizations. Flexibility to shift focus based on changing priorities.
