Challenge conventional wisdom and refuse to take no for an answer We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud Consultant to join our team in a role that will see you working on an engagement with a high profile customer that is committed to investing the latest technology from Salesforce.
Key responsibilities:
Design and implement data models and data streams within Data Cloud. Build and manage audience segments for targeted marketing campaigns. Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud. Integrate Marketing Cloud with Data Cloud and other Salesforce systems. Optimize data flows and data transformations within the Salesforce ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Provide technical support and training on Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
Required skills / experience:
Data Cloud Expertise:
Experience with Data Cloud Data Streams, Data Sources and Data Models Knowledge of data integrations, transformation, and data governance Ability to create and manage data segments for targeted marketing efforts
Marketing Cloud Expertise:
Experience with Marketing Cloud tools like Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio Proficiency in campaign development, audience segmentation and customer journey orchestration Experience with data modeling and integration with Salesforce core
Technical Skills:
SQL proficiency for data analysis and manipulation. Experience with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST) for integration Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL for data retrieval Experience with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for marketing content
