What’s the Job? Design, develop, and implement database solutions that meet business requirements and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into efficient database structures and queries. Develop and optimize database schemas, tables, and indexes to improve system performance and scalability. Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, manipulate, and analyze data. Implement and maintain database security measures to protect sensitive data and comply with data privacy regulations. What’s Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Database Developer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) and related tools. Proficiency in SQL programming and query optimization.
