Job Title:

PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant

Location:

Fair Lawn, NJ (Onsite 3 days a week)

Duration:

Project runs until mid-June 2026
Optimize PeopleSoft ERP and related systems for operational efficiency. This role blends technical proficiency with business acumen to ensure robust system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business capabilities using PeopleSoft AP, GL, PC, and SCM modules.
Perform business process analysis, design, and optimization.
Troubleshoot issues using tools like SQL and code tracing.
Understand integration points between modules/systems (PeopleSoft, PowerPlan, EPBCS).
Gather and document business requirements.
Create functional specifications and solution designs.
Manage stakeholders and facilitate effective communication.
Conduct user training and create documentation.
Translate business needs into technical solutions.
Conduct user acceptance testing and create test scripts.
Basic understanding of PeopleTools.

Qualifications:

Education /

Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of experience in IT and ERP Application Support.
Knowledge /

Skills:

Expertise in PeopleSoft AP, GL, PC, and SCM modules.
PeopleSoft 9.2, PeopleTools 8.59xx knowledge required.
Proficient in SQL.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work autonomously with strong self-management abilities.
Experience with PowerPlan and Oracle Hyperion/FCCS/EPBCS preferred.
