Job Description:
Database Administrator is needed to perform the following duties :
- Analyze Pharmacy Data to identify trends in medication adherence and patient outcomes.
- Build and manage automated ETL pipelines for efficient data processing
- Develop predictive models for medication demand, patient risk, and chronic disease management.
- Design dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to present pharmacy metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and data experiments to evaluate the impact of pharmacy programs.
- Optimize prescription refill accuracy using statistical modelsand large scale data analysis.
- Use advanced probability and statistical inference to support clinical decision making.
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate real-time analytics into pharmacy systems.
- Present data-driven insights and visualizations to cross-functional and executive teams.
- Improve inventory planning by forecasting drug demand and identifying fast/slow moving inventory.
- Support pharmacovigilance by predicting adverse drug reactions through machine learning.
- Contribute to algorithms design for patient scheduling and intervention optimization.
- Enhance analytical system performance using numerical linear algebra techniques.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across Pharmacy databases and reporting tools.
Bachelor Degree is needed in
