Database Administrator is needed to perform the following duties:

• To assist business solutions, do both quantitative and qualitative assessments.
• Pharmacy software backup and recovery, scripting and updates, troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance of pharmacy work on time.
• Performing requested updates, adjustments, and changes to the data and database structure.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of the system and optimize availability in both planned and existing systems.
• Develop various plans and put them into action in collaboration with the pharmacy staff to grow the business.
• Designs and implements updates, enhancements, and improvements to systems
• Manage database users and security in compliance with enterprise-wide regulations.
• Produce and preserve records of all production policies, methods, server setups, error logs, maintenance medication records, and product troubleshooting guidelines.
• Determine, troubleshoot, fix, and share problems affecting servers, databases, and systems.
• Collaborate with the president to update the pharmacy software and attempt to resolve issues when situation analysis calls for a thorough assessment of several elements.
• When choosing methods, strategies, and evaluation criteria to get results, one uses judgment within generally established practices and policies
• Worked with a multi-tiered Microsoft application, conducting impact assessments, system and business analyses, and documenting the results.
• Performs strategic planning in connection with these databases. Maintain privacy and confidentiality, document in accordance with HIPAA laws, and keep the files in the Pharmacy’s database up to the State-mandated duration.
• To find and fix the issue, apply analytical abilities.
• Establish or set up systems to store and protect a range of data, including customer shipping records and financial data.
• Create, create, deploy, improve, and maintain database systems to help achieve organizational objectives.
• To ensure confidentiality is maintained, grant protected access to audit and request databases pertaining to third-party insurance firms.
