Database Administrator is needed to perform the following duties :
- Maintain pharmacy databases, including prescription records, inventory systems, and billing systems; ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze pharmacy data trends for performance improvement, compliance, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA, and pharmacy regulatory data standards
- Coordinate with pharmacists and tech staff to update records for drug utilization and insurance claims.
- Create and maintain audit trails, access logs, and data backup protocols.
- Assist in the design and improvement of pharmacy software tools.
- Train pharmacy staff on systems and data protocols.
- Generate periodic data reports for management and quality assurance.
