Job description:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
You should have strong experience with IBM Initiate MDM (now part of IBM InfoSphere MDM)
Strong understanding of Entity Resolution
, Data Matching Algorithms
, and Survivorship Rules
Proficiency in Java/J2EE
, XML, XSD, and Web Services
Experience in data integration (ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, DataStage a plus)
Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server) and SQL scripting
Experience with data governance and data quality tools is a plus
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
