Key Responsibilities:
+ Administer, configure, and maintain designated modules within the Oracle PeopleSoft ERP system (e.g., HR, Payroll, Benefits, GL, AP, AR, Campus Solutions). + Collaborate with various business departments (HR, Finance, Payroll, Student Affairs, etc.) to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into system solutions. + Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for PeopleSoft users, addressing functional and technical challenges. + Manage system security, user access, and role configurations within PeopleSoft. + Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of PeopleSoft system upgrades (e.g., PUM updates), patches, and new module implementations. + Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials. + Create and modify reports using PeopleSoft reporting tools (e.g., PeopleSoft Query, BI Publisher) to meet business intelligence needs. + Facilitate data integrity and data clean-up initiatives within the PeopleSoft environment. + Liaise with Oracle support and third-party vendors for complex technical issues and system enhancements. On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekend. Must be flexible to travel onsite to client site up to 10%.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Minimum 5+ years of work exp + Minimum of 4+ years experience in Healthcare IT role + Minimum 4 years of experience in PeopleSoft + HS Diploma /
GED Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with Epic Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
