$300K++) Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist for our Data Center and Storage division. This role focuses on supporting the sales team by providing expert solutions and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand the value of our offerings in the realm of data center technologies and storage solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify customer needs and requirements in the data center and storage landscape.
Provide technical expertise and guidance in pre-sales engagements, showcasing the benefits of our data center and storage solutions.
Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations to foster business development opportunities.
Assist in the preparation of proposal documents, including technical specifications and pricing information to support sales efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to data center and storage solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years experience in a pre-sales engineering or solutions specialist role within the data center and storage domain.
Strong understanding of data center architectures, data storage technologies, and related solutions.
Experience with leading vendors such as Dell, VMWare, HPE, Nutanix, and HP is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability in business development and fostering client relationships.
