Full Job DescriptionTechnical Project CoordinatorPosition OverviewThe Technical Project Coordinator will act as the day-to-day point of contact for projects within our portfolio, handling workflow and operations to enable Project Managers to focus on strategic initiatives. This is a 6+ month, 40 hour per week, contract role.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple projects with minimal guidance from Project Managers, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
Attend weekly business reviews with vendors for each project, pulling documentation and providing support as needed.
As needed, drive the development of guidelines for projects, including identifying dependencies, validating inputs with Project Managers and Product XFNs, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Review root cause analyses to validate accuracy and insights, cascade quality deficiencies upstream and downstream, and advise on best practices for quality assurance and data annotation.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, alerting and looping in Project Managers as needed for escalation.
Make informed decisions that balance impact with tradeoffs, navigating complex projects with ambiguous factors.
As needed, scope out project requirements, including staffing requirements, with Project Manager support.
QualificationsMinimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as project management, computer science, or data science.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred2+ years of experience in technical project coordination or technical management roles.
Experience conducting thorough QA reviews using AI algorithmsData management experience required (Excel, SQL)Strong understanding of programming principles and data science concepts.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
