Essential Duties:
Rack, build, cable, configure, and provision Intel and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) servers Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment Troubleshoot, test, quality assurance of server hardware Professionally resolve hardware issues via trouble ticket Required education High School Diploma/GED Preferred education Associate’s Degree/College Diploma Required technical and professional expertise 1. Requirements Operating System Installation Windows Server, Linux, Unix Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment a plus Web Server and Database installation experience a plus Must be able to work in this country without company sponsorship Must be fluent in English Must be willing to learn quickly, multi-task, and work in a fast pace environment Moderate knowledge of PC hardware concepts and component installation. Basic knowledge of various internet-related services and software (mail, web, DNS, etc). General understanding of computer networking concepts. Customer focused attitude with some previous customer service experience. Network wiring/cabling experience a plus Preferred technical and professional experience Preferred requirements 3-5 years’ experience with Windows and Linux Platforms 3-5 years’ experience with computer/server hardware Certifications are not required but a plus.
