Salesforce Technical Lead Position Available In Montgomery, Pennsylvania

Description We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in the King of Prussia, Pennsylvania area. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to innovate and lead the development of robust Salesforce solutions. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting scalable Salesforce applications while mentoring less experienced team members and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Translate complex business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions, prioritizing configuration-based approaches.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using advanced configurations and custom development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Provide technical leadership by guiding best practices, performing code reviews, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and align solutions with organizational objectives.
• Mentor less experienced developers and administrators, fostering their growth and Salesforce expertise.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems to ensure seamless data flow and communication.
• Stay informed about Salesforce updates and emerging technologies to assess their potential impact and value.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Deliver training and support to internal teams to enhance Salesforce adoption and usability. Requirements
• Minimum of five years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least two years in a technical leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II certification is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, balancing configuration and custom development.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data and security models, as well as deployment best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and experience collaborating with product teams.
