Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in the King of Prussia, Pennsylvania area. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to innovate and lead the development of robust Salesforce solutions. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting scalable Salesforce applications while mentoring less experienced team members and collaborating across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions, prioritizing configuration-based approaches.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using advanced configurations and custom development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Provide technical leadership by guiding best practices, performing code reviews, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and align solutions with organizational objectives.
- Mentor less experienced developers and administrators, fostering their growth and Salesforce expertise.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems to ensure seamless data flow and communication.
- Stay informed about Salesforce updates and emerging technologies to assess their potential impact and value.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Deliver training and support to internal teams to enhance Salesforce adoption and usability. Requirements
- Minimum of five years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least two years in a technical leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II certification is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, balancing configuration and custom development.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data and security models, as well as deployment best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and experience collaborating with product teams.
