• Philadelphia Area We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Report Developer to join our team in the Philadelphia area.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports while also managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions and processes. You will collaborate with IT, EDI specialists, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insightful, actionable reports that drive informed decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Additionally, you will analyze specifications, work with data-trading partners, and ensure seamless system integration. Key Responsibilities Report Development & Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain reports using reporting tools. Automate report generation and scheduling for timely, accurate delivery. Data Extraction & Transformation
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources to create meaningful insights. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. EDI Integration & Testing
• Obtain EDI file specifications, manage encryption and transmission, and coordinate EDI file testing with external vendors and customers. System Mapping & Data Flow
• Develop mappings between data elements for file feeds, ensuring smooth integration with internal and external systems. Process Optimization & Documentation
• Maintain documentation on report specifications, data sources, and transformations while identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. Issue Resolution & Maintenance
• Monitor reports for accuracy and performance, proactively addressing any issues that arise.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience in report development. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation. Hands-on experience with reporting tools like Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI, or similar. Familiarity with EDI standards (ANSI

X12, EDIFACT

) and file transfer protocols. Strong understanding of database structures, data modeling, and data warehousing principles. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
