M-F 8AM – 4:30PM

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Analyzes functional business requirements and design specifications for developing programs for desktop and distributed environments which includes personal computers, client server environments, and browser-based or n-tier environments. Translates detailed design into computer software. Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

2+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL and a relational database such as Oracle v12c or v19g. Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, and Oracle Internet Development tools and Oracle Application Server Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies to improve efficiency. Ability to diagnose and resolve database issues and errors. Ability to understand and implement measures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security Knowledge of Solaris and Windows operating systems Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server database Experience with J2EE and .NET architectural frameworks Experience developing in Visual Basic, Java, and .NET, including Visual Basic Script, JavaScript, JSPs, EJBs, XML, HTML, Agile and Crystal Reports. Experience with Oracle Applications Express (APEX)

DESIRED SKILLS

Knowledge of Microsoft’s Internet Information Server (IIS), Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to provide the functionality of encryption and decryption of data Experience with Object Oriented and UML methodologies Knowledge of other State software standards for desktop and distributed systems. ========================================== ==========================================
