Salesforce QA Test Analyst Location:
Nashville, TN (1 day on-site, moving to 5 days on-site in the near future)

Monday•Friday, 8am•5pm

Analyzes complex data sets to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Typical Task Breakdown:
Work is either assigned through projects (typically in Azure DevOps) and ServiceNow. Most efforts have some form of project update meeting or daily/weekly SCRUM.
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent training required. 5-7 years related experience required. Technical Skills (Required): Proficiency in using the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc. Experience with software testing tools is preferred but not mandatory if strong manual testing skills are demonstrated. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical skills capable of interpreting complex data sets into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills enabling effective interaction between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike. Ability to conduct requirement gathering sessions via workshops/interviews, documenting action items. Soft Skills (Required): Strong communication skills with business users. Strong collaboration with team members. Ability to learn and apply new knowledge quickly.
