Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a data center or critical infrastructure environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly, as most monitoring and ticketing tools are in-house and will be taught on the job.
Excellent soft skills to interact with various customers and stakeholders.
Dependability and commitment to working a rotating shift schedule, including long/short weeks and 12-hour shifts.

Rotating long and short weeks (A Side & B Side).
Long Week:
Work Mon-Tue, off Wed-Thu, work Fri-Sat-Sun (7 AM – 7 PM).
Short Week:
Off Mon-Tue, work Wed-Thu, and off Fri-Sat-Sun.
Range:
$25-26/hr
