As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for performingon-site server rack roll-ins, cable management, transceiverinstallation, and related tasks to obtain optimal data centeroperations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual withhands-on technical skills and a commitment to safety andefficiency.

Responsibilities Server Rack Roll-In:
Safely transport, install, and secure serverracks in designated data center locations, ensuring properalignment and stability.
Cable Management:
Organize, route, and label data and power cablesto maintain a clean, efficient, and safe environment, adhering toindustry standards.
Transceiver Installation:
Install, test, and troubleshoot opticaltransceivers to ensure reliable network connectivity.
Equipment Setup:
Assist in the installation and configuration ofservers, networking equipment, and related hardware.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of installations, cablinglayouts, labeling, and inventory.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to data center safety protocols,including proper handling of equipment and use of personalprotective equipment (PPE).
Collaboration:
Work closely with data center engineers, facilitiesteams, and vendors to support operational goals.
Qualifications Experience:
2-3+ years of experience in data center operations, IThardware installation, or a related technical role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in server rack installation, cable management, andtransceiver installation techniques. Familiarity with data center infrastructure, including powerdistribution and cooling systems. Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., Ethernet, fiber optics, andtransceiver compatibility).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work inconfined spaces. Comfortable standing, bending, and reaching for extendedperiods.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA Server+, Data Center Technician, or equivalent. OSHA 10 or similar safety training.
Availability:
