Job Summary:

The Call Center Coordinator is responsible for supervising student callers and staff in their efforts to raise funds and gather data for The University of Alabama.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:

Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Skills and Knowledge:

Ability to interact well with University students. Drive to be successful. Integrity/sincerity. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, management, and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, and database management. Budgetary skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Supervisory experience.
