Location:
Fort Lauderdale, FL – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote )
What You’ll Do:

Email Inbox Pro:
Keep an eye on shared inboxes for new vendor requests and updates. ✅
Vendor Portal Helper:
Assist in rolling out Ariba vendor portal services to all our partner agencies. ✅
Document Detective:
Review vendor documents to make sure they follow company rules and work with people to fix any errors. ✅
Data Validator:
Double-check all the important info with external sources. ✅
Offshore Team Buddy:
Send complete vendor requests to our team overseas for entry into Dynamics 365 and help them with questions. ✅
System Checker:
Do a first look at data in Dynamics 365 before it gets final approval. ✅
Audit Supporter:
Help with SOX compliance testing and assist during internal and external audits. ✅
Vendor Problem Solver:
Answer vendor questions via phone and email. ✅
System Manager:
Keep our vendor payment system (SAP-Ariba or similar) up-to-date, including calling vendors and verifying confidential info. ✅
Relationship Builder:
Create strong connections with purchasing and finance teams at our partner agencies. ✅
Agency Liaison:
Be the main contact between our agencies and our team in India for new vendors and updates. ✅
Question Resolver:
Help solve all vendor-related questions for our team and agency staff.
What You’ll Need:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
