Position Overview:

The Supply Chain Data Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing supply chain data and providing essential administrative support for various supply chain data systems. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlines. The Supply Chain Data Coordinator interacts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data quality, integrity, and data governance. This role uses strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, and manages multiple assignments simultaneously, with critical timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end process for new recipes and master data item setup, ensuring compliance with established business rules and guidelines. Perform quality assurance testing and audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness, minimizing data errors and exceptions. Provide administrative support for supply chain systems, including retrieving and entering data, creating reports, and responding to user inquiries. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including R D, Supply Chain, IT, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Operations. Serve as a subject matter expert on master data, establishing trust and confidence in the data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, a technology-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, hospitality, or data management preferred. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel and relational databases. Ability to work with large amounts of data and perform quality assurance to identify exceptions. Ability to work in multiple systems and understand their functions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
