Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Associate Director tohelp lead and grow our newly established Bookings Analyticsfunction within the Strategic Finance & Operations division. Thisrole is pivotal in developing a best-in-class team to leverage datato drive strategic decisions, forecasting, and reporting acrossbookings, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and other relatedperformance indicators. You will serve as a key bridge betweenfinance and data teams, ensuring that analytical insights alignwith financial goals and meaningfully steer strategic priorities.

This role also provides unique exposure to other sub-divisions ofStrategic Finance, including Corporate Development, InvestorRelations, and Lender Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement analytics frameworks to supportcompany-wide goals and strategic initiatives. Build and lead a high-performing Bookings Analytics team,focusing on recruiting top talent, fostering professional growth,and driving team performance.

Analytics and Insights:

Analyze bookings data to uncover trends and provide actionableinsights to stakeholders, including senior C-suite leaders,investors, and cross-functional division leadership. Develop, standardize, and automate user-friendly dashboards toprovide real-time visibility into key metrics and streamlinereporting. Model complex sales strategies and transactions to understandtheir impact on ARR and other financial metrics. Identify and correct inaccurate or inconsistent data to ensureaccuracy, integrity, and consistency across analytics outputs.

Collaboration and Integration:

Communicate effectively across diverse audiences, includingtechnical and non-technical stakeholders. Act as a connector between finance and data teams, translatingbusiness needs into technical solutions. Serve as the primary contact for bookings analytics inquiriesand deliverables.

Systems and Tools:

Utilize advanced data warehousing, analytics, and visualizationtools (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, Salesforce, PowerBI) to extract,manipulate, and visualize data. Identify and implement new technologies and processes toenhance analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Business Analytics,or a related field. 7+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or a relatedfield, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Expertise in ARR, bookings, and relational modeling, withstrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, Salesforce, PowerBI, and similartools; additional technical skills are a plus. Strong communication skills to present complex dataclearly. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-pacedenvironment.
