Full-Time We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with a computer science, data analytics or business intelligence background and excellent organizational skills to support project documentation, contract compliance, as well as data analytics and maintenance throughout the company’s various systems. This role is essential in ensuring data accuracy, accessibility and quality to support business operations and management decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities and a proactive approach to data management, system organization and compliance. Job Summary Responsible for Field / Operations Management Platform, Accounting, ERP, CRM, Fleet Management and other applications, as needed. Audit and manage data in field management platform for project cost tracking against estimator’s budget, labor and resource reporting and production billing. Develop and distribute custom reports, dashboards and visual insights for project and executive teams, while maintaining historical data for auditing performance benchmarking and forecasting. Create and maintain project records in accounting software, including importing estimator’s budget to setup cost codes, billing terms and contract values, updating project status and closeout details as needed throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with business development team to maintain and update client, lead and project records in CRM ensuring accuracy and consistency of data input, contact categorization and deal pipelines. Generate CRM-based reports on client interactions, lead activity, and sales funnel trends. Maintain asset management software for tracking, upkeep and optimization of company’s physical assets. Generate reports used to monitor and manage asset performance, availability, repair and maintenance costs and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams to assist in managing workflows, templates and automation within the system Monitor and maintain consistency of data throughout various company systems for project alignment, flagging inconsistencies for correction. Troubleshoot issues and assist user support and training, as needed. Ensure all digital and physical records are well-organized and archived per company standard. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and research and assess opportunities for software and AI tools to address those needs. Other tasks as needed.
