Fast-growing fintech with a lean, high-impact engineering team JobDetails What You’ll Do Design and implement a scalable, cloud-baseddata warehouse architecture from the ground up Lead the integrationof modern ELT tools (e.g., Fivetran, DBT) to enable robust datapipelines Partner with engineering and analytics teams to defineand implement data models, marts, and governance standards Optimizedata infrastructure for performance, reliability, andcost-effectiveness Enable downstream use cases for BI, reporting,underwriting, and fraud analytics Serve as the technical leader ondata architecture, influencing cross-functional data strategy WhatWe’re Looking For Staff-level experience building datainfrastructure in fast-paced, regulated environments Deep hands-onexpertise with Snowflake, DBT, and Fivetran Proven experiencearchitecting scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT frameworks StrongSQL and data modeling skills; experience with financial data is aplus Background working with banking cores, consumer finance, orfintech products Excellent communication and stakeholdercollaboration skills Interested in hearing more?
