JOB OVERVIEW
The Beverage Coordinator is a support role on the Enterprise Beverage Team consisting of beverage partner and out of stock management, new restaurant rollouts, support the onboarding and integration of beverage programs, presentations and maintaining all beverage pricing and supplier data. A solid knowledge of Excel, great communication skills, an ability to work in a fast-moving working environment are cornerstones of this role and being flexible as business needs evolve and change. Internal & external communications and managing large volumes of data with precision will be a large portion of the job duties.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage order guides, beverage pricing and distributor price books Manage partner contacts Maintain aspects of iSupply 2.0 (pricing and distribution tool) Maintain aspects of Provi (Beverage purchasing system) Demonstrate strong technological proficiency and adoptability across systems & tools Ensure shared database is updated Prepare quarterly supplier reviews Direct communication with suppliers and distributors regarding beverage programming Input, manage, and maintain large volumes of beverage data across new systems with a high degree of accuracy. Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, and Concept Development teams to ensure seamless system integration. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data discrepancies. Assist in developing and documenting new processes related to beverage systems and innovation. Provide ongoing support to the Beverage team to ensure continuity of operations during expansion. Must be a proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative setting and contributes to a positive team dynamic Ability to build strong working relationship and communicate effectively with team members to drive results Willingness to support other, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of cooperation and respect
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
Strong proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically with excel and excel based formulas / data entry tools 2-3 years of experience in data management, operations, or hospitality systems support. Knowledge of the 3-Tier beverage system Knowledge and / or history of working in a supply chain role preferred Enthusiastic, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma Associate / Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
