Job Summary:
This Data Management (DM) position manages a programs’ data deliverables, controlled non-deliverables, and supplier receivables, maintaining their integrity through all lifecycle phases from creation through disposal. Additionally, this DM position requires advanced SharePoint skills to assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of SharePoint sites used on the program. The Data Manager, along with the Configuration Manager, ensures that all program-related information is effectively managed, stored, controlled and delivered. The Data Management function verifies that all marking, control, storage, reproduction, packing, and delivery requirements are in compliance with contract and/or supplier statement of work requirements, program, and company policies. This DM position applies advanced SharePoint and Office 365 skills to optimize the use of internal and customer-accessible SharePoint sites in support of the program Data Management function.
Job Description:
The Data Management tasks to be performed include: Review contracts and Customer Data Requirement List (CDRL) or Supplier Data Requirements List (SDRL) for the submittal requirements
Establish and maintain the data deliverable/receivable schedule
Maintain configuration identification, in coordination with CM
Maintain and communicate data requirements and status
Establish, manage, and control program asset repositories supporting deliverables/receivables
Review work product for compliance to contract/company marking and formatting requirements
Execute the data deliverable/receivable process
Verify, record, and maintain work products from subcontractors and vendors as applicable
Generate and report on Data Management-specific performance metrics
Apply Microsoft Word skills to develop program templates and forms
Participate in and provide data for required audits
Required Experience:
4-7 years of experience applicable to Data Management
Strong SharePoint skills applicable to: Document Management.
Site Navigation and Management.
Creating and managing SharePoint lists, customizing metadata, and creating custom views.
Integration with Other Tools like Teams, OneNote, and Office 365 applications.
Setting up and managing user permissions, ensuring data security, and understanding SharePoint’s security features.
Customizing SharePoint sites and workflows to meet specific business needs, including using SharePoint Designer and Power Automate.
Desired Experience:
Experience working with DOD contracts, DD Form 1423, and Data Item Descriptions.
Experience with automated systems/tools supporting Data Management processes.
Experience/training related to managing Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and export controlled (ITAR/EAR) work products.
Experience applying records management policies and procedures.
Clearance:
Secret.
