Data Governance Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Governance Leader in Juno Beach, FL.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Leader for our Enterprise Data Program. This pivotal role will ensure that our data assets are managed with integrity and optimized to drive business insights and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and managing effective data governance councils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure data quality, integrity, privacy, and compliance across the enterprise
• Lead cross-functional data governance committees, establishing clear policies, standards, and procedures
• Collaborate with business units and IT to manage data governance tools, processes, and controls
• Oversee data stewardship and establish clear accountability for data ownership and management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management capabilities and support business objectives

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field; Advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related role, with a strong leadership background
• Demonstrated success in building and managing effective data governance councils
• Expertise in data governance tools and best practices (e.g., metadata management, data cataloging)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
