Job Summary:

The Data Support Coordinator role at the Center for Child Counseling (CFCC) is responsible for directly supporting and working closely with Senior Director of Strategic Impact and Director, Early Intervention Services. In addition, this role will support in all aspects of program administration and operations, including development, outcomes tracking, data entry and management, and ensuring compliance with program policies and procedures. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our mission to promote playful, healthful, and hopeful living for children, families, and communities. The Data Support Coordinator should be a passionate, positive, committed, and knowledgeable individual who wants to contribute to the growth and development of the Center for Child Counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duty 1 Support Stop Now and Plan (SNAP) programs (SNAP

U12, SNAP YP, SNAP

Fathers)- entering client information and data into portals such as JJIS, NETMIS, AESIBA and WebAuthor. Maintain tracking and data entry for all intakes and discharges occurring before, during and after various SNAP cycles. Contact the appropriate assigned individual to ensure completion of SNAP program requirements within the contracted timeframe. Watch videos to assist the team in maintaining the fidelity of the SNAP model (adherence) as needed. Enter assessments and data within the timeframe of the different Florida Network (FLN) portals. Migrate documents and videos to and from the FLN and CFCC SharePoint sites. Enter

days client follow-ups in the system. Ensure WebAutor client and caregiver profiles are created and accurate for the different curriculums. Assist with the chart Quality Assurance process and maintain high-quality data. Timely data entry for compliance with grant/contract funding. Download and upload data. Prepare data for data entry processes. Data migration and integration into multiple platforms. Data summary and analysis for organizational reporting. Record discharges and status changes in Web Author. Review current and make-up SNAP session videos and complete the necessary documentation if the assigned staff member is unable to do so within program guidelines. Update all Excel logs for each SNAP program with dates of data import (SNAP

U12, SNAP YP, SNAP

Fathers. Monitor FL Network SharePoint for new documentation releases for each SNAP program and migrate the changes to the CFCC SharePoint within 24hrs. Contact Director and if approved reach out to FL Network for any system and/or form errors. Primary Duty 2 Review SNAP and programmatic processes and data to make recommendations for areas requiring improvement. Assess, clean, and validate data, addressing any inconsistencies and inaccuracies to ensure that all data is accurate, reliable, and usable. Monitor, update, report and communicate compliance to SNAP and CQI team on all data monitoring platforms. Primary Duty 3 Develop grids, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making for reporting, assessment of program performance and improvement. Data analysis and CQI for Education and Prevention services program.
