The Manager, Data & Marketing Technology isresponsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization’scloud-based data infrastructure and marketing technology ecosystem.

This role ensures seamless data integration, high-quality datamanagement, and effective utilization of marketing technologiesthat drive strategy, activation, personalization, and measurement.

The position is pivotal in managing the systems that power paiddigital media, email marketing, and data visualizationproducts.

This role requires a foundational understanding of dataengineering best practices, cloud data warehousing (Snowflake), andmarketing technology platforms, with a focus on managing datapipelines, our customer data platform (CDP), and data visualizationtools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SQL,cloud platforms, and data pipeline management while demonstrating aproblem-solving mindset and the ability to collaborate acrossteams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and optimize the organization’s Cloud Data Warehouse(CDW) in Snowflake, ensuring efficient data ingestion,transformation, and accessibility. Manage data pipelines that connect various data sources toSnowflake to facilitate seamless data integration. Support the ingestion, segmentation, and activation of customerdata within the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to enable personalizedmarketing efforts. Maintain and enhance data visualization tools, ensuringstakeholders have access to clear, actionable insights. Implement and monitor data quality checks, identifying andresolving data errors, inconsistencies and/or gaps to improve dataintegrity. Assist in the ongoing management of Consent ManagementPlatforms (CMP) to ensure regulatory and legal data complianceacross various jurisdictions. Develop and maintain technical documentation for pipelines,sources, processes, and system configurations to ensuretransparency and continuity. Evaluate new data and marketing technology vendors to optimizedata workflows, analytics, and marketing execution. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-relatedissues across platforms. Collaborate with marketing, business intelligence, sales, andpartnership teams to ensure data-driven decision-making iseffectively supported. Other projects and tasks asassigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science,Information Systems, Data Engineering or relevant degree ORcompletion of a coding/developer bootcamp OR equivalent hands-onexperience. Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queriesfor data retrieval, transformation, and analysis. 1-3 years of experience working with cloud-based datawarehouses (CDW) such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, orDataBricks including knowledge of data engineering best practices,managing pipelines, ELT processes, and APIs to facilitate datamovement across platforms. 1-3 years of experience building data visualization products inTableau, Looker, or Power BI, accompanied by strong analyticalskills, with the ability to interpret and organize complex datasetsinto meaningful insights. Preferred hands-on experience with one or more of the followingmarketing technology platforms: Customer Data Platforms (CDP), DataManagement Platforms (DMP), Marketing Automation Tools (HubSpot,Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), or Demand Side Platforms(DSP). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with theability to explain technical concepts to non-technicalstakeholders. Project management skills to track and execute tasksefficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time and withinscope. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborativeteam player when necessary. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and eagerness tolearn new tools and technologies. Able to work on-site in the West Palm Beach office at leastthree days per week.
