Responsibilities:
Maintain centralized contract files for software, hardware and services. Evaluate existing contracts and manages the process for obtaining contract renewals, coordinates new contracts with Project Managers, IS Leadership and legal counsel as necessary. Maintain all associated HIPAA and corporate compliance documentation (e.g. Business Associate Agreement, Information Security Agreement) in accordance with published policies. Responsible for escalation and communication. Develops current and future state process maps and drives contract review process improvements. Provide oversight for maintaining and publishing up-to-date department policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
