This position is responsible for reviewing and ensuring accurate documentation of donor testing records including, but not limited to, analyzing company programs and reports, generating reports of trends to provide follow-up with blood centers, and providing important data corrections so that results are safe to be released to members/clients daily. This position is also responsible for preparing records for safekeeping, organizing for easy retrieval, providing storage and scanning documents into electronic format for company use.
Qualifications Required:
Basic computer skills and experience with computer programs such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Excellent teamwork skills Perform effective quality review Ability to work in a variety of physical environments Effective communication skills This is a Part-time position (20 hours per week)

Other Relevant Information:
Will be required to comply with governmental regulations and strictly observe privacy and security related policies, procedures and practices to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of medical and other sensitive information pertaining to donors, patients, research subjects, and staff. Will be required to enter areas where other individuals work with human blood; potential may exist for unanticipated exposure to bloodborne pathogens by splash or spill.
