Equifax is seeking a Data Acquisition Manager for our US Commercial Team. This is an individual contributor role is open due to growth and will be based in either our Alpharetta or Atlanta, Georgia office. This role will be responsible for managing data as a product and ensuring the right data is available at scale in all the environments. Identify new data monetization opportunities working with vendors to ensure data meets industry and Equifax requirements. Work closely with data product owners to develop a cohesive data strategy supporting the Commercial Business Units roadmap. This is a hybrid role that requires being in the office 3 days/week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including

extension support. What you’ll do Manages data acquisition for our partner/vendor relationship within the Commercial Vertical. Fosters and maintains partner/vendor trust by developing strong working relationships with key decision makers and influencers. Proactively conducts research to identify possible new external sources for the data, analyzes data to understand its benefits and then communicates findings Drives strong data pipeline development and execution; prepares reports and other data supplier documentation. Proactively identifies, recommends, and executes the correct business model to deliver the required downstream outcome. Provides strong customer service related to the onboarding process for ongoing growth of our data partners Builds and maintains an understanding of industry trends and uses knowledge to identify factors that differentiate Equifax from its competitors Shares data quality results, issues, and opportunities with furnishers. Experience developing data management policies and procedures as well as creating an operating model to efficiently and effectively manage a company’s data assets while meeting regulatory and legal obligations What experience you need Bachelor’s degree in related discipline; Master’s Degree strongly preferred 5-7 years of related sales, consulting or sales support experience 5 years of experience building business partnerships and negotiating complex agreements What can set you apart: Negotiating experience and interactions with vendors. Drive compliance control defaults, data maintenance on web channels. Experience leading development/improvement and implementation of business strategy, operating models, and business capabilities (people, process, and IT) Experience documenting and communicating guidelines, standards, and frameworks Account Acquisition

- Well versed in the industry as well as organization knowledge, builds and maintains an understanding of industry trends and uses this knowledge to identify factors that differentiate EFX from its competitors and to implement best practices Value Analysis
- Provides internal customers with the needed information to understand the uses and values of the company’s data/products/offerings and the corresponding value for their organization (e.
g., ROI); Proactively identifies, recommends, and implements value-added solutions to strengthen relationships with customers, providing insights on downstream outcomes and recommending alternative solutions to customers when their requests are not in their best interests. Business Market Strategy
- Uses knowledge of the markets, strategies, and operating environments for a data product to bring together different teams and develop solutions for a given data product Knowledge of Data Products and Industry
