As a Global Analytics Architect in Alpharetta, you will work as part of a global continuous improvement team to plan, develop, implement and train others on cross functional software solutions that provide actionable data insight, visual performance ques and management of internal systems. Capable of also leading a multifunction implementation team for continuous improvement projects which provide defined and measurable savings. Also, willing, and able to learn, teach and mentor various CI methodologies. Essential Job Functions

- Work directly with site leadership to identify new technologies, expected value and implement solutions to support the Integrated Operations strategy.
Also, support maintenance of software architecture and hardware with appropriate system documentation, procedures and data backup. Able to plan work, collect, summarize, and analyze interdependent and complex data and draw appropriate conclusions. Also effectively communicate in verbal, written or presentation form to disseminate best practices through the organization.

- Develop and execute software training to increase user knowledge and sophistication and foster continuous improvement.
10% - Capable of leading projects from idea to completion, utilizing good project management techniques.
10% - Learn various continuous improvement methodologies and will teach/mentor implementation as required.
10% - Anticipate, evaluate, and implement innovation and trends in area of expertise to deliver continuously improving solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
BS in Chemistry, Engineering or System Architecture
5+ years exp in Software Implementation Demonstrated expertise in system architecture integration and implementation. Must have good oral and written communications skills. Ability to influence the organization to accomplish objectives and a demonstrated commitment to a participative work environment. Position may require up to 15% travel.
The expected salary range for this role is 120,000 USD, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
